Finding Items

Go to the www.KingbrightUSA.com homepage. In the search box located at the top-right side, type in the part number you are searching for, click on the "GO" button. www.KingbrightUSA.com will display the parts matching the word you searched for.

Adding Items to Your Shopping Cart

You can continue adding items to your cart until you’re ready to make your purchase. You can view the items you have placed in your shopping cart at any time by clicking on the "View Cart" icon located at the top of any page.

Placing Your First Order

You can order 7 days a week 24 hours a day using our on-line ordering system! Just search for the items you want and add them to your shopping cart. Using "View Cart" you can easily add parts to your order.

Checkout

Please review all the items you've placed in your Shopping Cart to ensure the items are correct in size, color, and quantity. After you've finished shopping, click on CHECKOUT. When you have completed your shopping and have clicked CHECKOUT you will be taken to the Billing and Shipping page. Page appears which will require you to enter My Account information. Please enter the full address to which your credit card statement is sent beneath "Billing Information". If the address you to which you are shipping your order to is the same as your billing information, you can select the box "My billing and shipping info are the same." If not, please also enter the complete address to which you would like to send your order.

Remember: Your billing information and shipping address may be different. Make sure you have the correct information before clicking on Submit order.

Tell us where you would like to ship your order.   You need to complete all fields as indicated.  No PO box address will be accepted as a shipping address.

Choose your shipping option / who will ship your order? The next section of this screen shows you the list of products you have selected for purchase. The costs of the shipping options are included in flat shipping charge. (See our Shipping Policy for exceptions.)

Additional Fees: Order subtotal less than $25.00 is subject to $5.00 handling fee. For international orders, all duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the customers.

The final section to complete on this screen is to enter your credit card account number and expiration date. www.KingbrightUSA.com allows you to pay via major credit card (American Express, Discover, Visa, or MasterCard). For security reasons, www.KingbrightUSA.com only ships to the confirmed address (the address that is listed with your Credit Card Company as your billing address).

We may contact you within one business days via e-mail and/or phone to verbally verify your order. We may not be able to ship your order if this information is inconsistent.

Review all the billing information you have entered and edit if necessary. If everything is correct, click Submit Order to complete the placement of your order.

Shipping Address

Federal Express does not deliver to PO BOX, you need to complete all required fields. No PO Box address will be accepted as shipping address.

Domestic Shipping Method:

Consider how quickly you would like to receive your order, and choose a Shipping Method. You can estimate total delivery time by adding the shipping time for the method you choose to the availability time of the item in your order with the longest availability time.If several items in your order have varying availabilities, you will be given the choice of waiting to ship until your entire order is ready or shipping items as they become available. This second option involves additional per-shipment fees.

Next Day Air / Second Day Air: Order placed before 3:00 pm P.S.T. will be shipped on same day subject to all items is in stock.

Standard Shipping: All other shipping method such as UPS Ground and 3 Day Service will be shipped within next business day subject to all items is in stock.

Order Summary

Check the accuracy all of the information you provided and make any necessary adjustments. When you are ready, click the "submit order "button to submit your order. Once you place your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail message. We will send you another e-mail message at the time of shipment.

Method of Payment

Let us know how you would like to pay for your order.  We accept American Express, Discover, Visa and MasterCard.   All orders must be prepaid. If you're paying with a credit card, enter the number without spaces or dashes.

For security purposes, your billing address on the order must be the same as your credit card billing address where your invoice will be sent.

When will my order ship

Your order will ship the same day when received prior to 3:00PM PST via UPS or Federal Express. The 3:00 PST cut off time for same-day shipment is guaranteed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) for destinations in United States, Mexico, and Canada. Order received on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on the next business day. Please note orders on credit hold or declined credit card will not be shipped same day until approved.

Tracking Your Order

To track your shipment, please click the "Tracking" button.  Enter our reference number appears on the confirmation and click OK.  If you have trouble to track or have not received your shipment, please contact our support team at online_support@KingbrightUSA.com.

Delivery

Should the item not in stock, please reference item lead-time information for estimated ship date. Shipping time depends upon the shipping method you choose.
