FINDING ITEMS
Go to www.KingbrightUSA.com. Type in the part number you are searching in the search box located on the right side of the page, then click on the "SUBMIT" button. The site will display the parts matching the item you searched for.

ADDING ITEMS TO YOUR SHOPPING CART
To place your first order, you will need to create your own sign-in name and password by clicking on "New user? Please register to order on-line". Once your account is created, just search for the items you would like and add them to your shopping cart.

You must sign-in to your Kingbright account in order to see pricing on the parts you need.

CHECKOUT

Step 1 - Before checking out, please review all the items you have placed in your Shopping Cart by selecting "Cart". After you finish, click on "Proceed to Check Out" and you will be taken to the Billing and Shipping page.

Step 2 - Under "Bill to Address", please enter the full address that matches with your credit card billing address. If your bill to and ship to address are the same, simply select the box at the bottom of your "Bill to Address".

Remember that your billing information may be different from your shipping address. Make sure that you have inputted the correct information before clicking on "Submit Order".

Mention where you would like your order shipped. You will need to complete all fields as indicated.

No P.O. box address will be accepted as a shipping address.

Step 3 - Choosing your shipping option / who will ship your order? Please select the shipping method and carrier that fits your needs. For estimated freight charge, click on "Estimate Shipping: Check".

Additional Fees: Order subtotals less than $10.00 are subject to a $5.00 handling fee. For international orders, all duties and taxes will be the responsibility of customers.

Step 4 - Review the items in your cart and let us know if you accept partial or complete shipment.

Enter your credit card account number and expiration date. Kingbright accepts the following major credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Please enter credit card numbers without spaces or dashes. Also, for security purposes, please verify that the Billing Address of the credit card matched your order.

We may contact you within one business day via email and/or phone to verbally verify your order. We may not be able to ship your order if this information is inconsistent.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP
Orders recieved prior to 3 P.M. PST for all available inventories will be shipped the same day via UPS or FedEx upon approval of credit and payment method. The 3 P.M. PST cut-off time same day shipment is guaranteed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) for destinations in the United States, Mexico, and Canada.
