Available in blue, cool white (6000K), neutral white (4000K), warm white (3000K), the high brightness package with wide viewing angle of 100° emits a high intensity illumination up to 210 lm @ 700mA providing optimized benefits for designers of various decorative lighting, automotive lighting, and consumer applications. The cutting-edge element encompasses superior heat dissipation with low thermal resistance of 7 deg C/W (Rth j-slug), also withstands ESD voltage up to 8000V. Furthermore, the LED features a maximum allowable junction temperature of 130°C providing designers with more design flexibility. The low power consumption, IR reflow solderable device is specially designed for automatic pick-and-place mounting process to reduce production costs.
