Shortage Claims:

• All shortage must be claimed within 7 days from date of receipt.

Return Policy

• To claim defective products, please click RMA and fill out Operating-Storage Condition form to request for return.
• All returns without a RMA number will be rejected at sender's expenses.
• Items over 60 days from date of receipt are not returnable.
