Is there a minimum order requirement?
There is no minimum order requirement. However, order less than $10.00 is subjected to $5.00 handling fee.

I am looking for a part on your website but received a “No Part Number Found” message. Is this part obsolete?

I need COC certificate for my online order. How can I obtain it?
COC is only available for orders that meet standard package size. We apologize COC is not available for small quantity orders.

Where can I find the date code and bin code?
For orders that meet standard package size, date code and bin codes are printed on the product label. Unfortunately, such info is not available for free sample shipments and small quantity online orders.

Can I use my personal/business UPS/FedEx account for the shipment?
Due to UPS/FedEx shipping regulations, we are unable to charge a shipment to a customer’s account for online orders. More information regarding shipping options and rates can be found in our shipping section.

I want my items sooner. How can I expedite the shipment?
You can choose “Partial Shipment” when you place the order. Available parts will be shipped out first. There will be a shipping fee for each shipment.

Are returns acceptable?

Does Kingbright sell drivers/power supplies?
Kingbright does not manufacture or sell drivers/power suppliers for our LED components but we can recommend some popular sources.

Does Kingbright sell LED light bulbs, LED car head lights, LED flashlights, etc…?
At Kingbright, we manufacture and sell LEDs on a component level. We do not manufacture or sell semi-completed goods/products like light bulbs and flashlights.

How do I track my shipment?
