
Kingbright introduces the 2nd Gen High Temp SMD LED series, engineered for stable operation in environments reaching 110°C. The series is designed with enhanced heat-resistant materials and construction, ensuring consistent optical and electrical performance in high-temperature and harsh operating environments.
Available in 1.6 × 0.8 mm and 4.0 × 4.0 mm packages, this second-generation design offers improved material durability and electrical reliability for dense system designs. Built to withstand demanding thermal conditions, the 2nd Gen High Temp SMD LED series is well suited for industrial automation, military equipment, energy infrastructure, and AI/data center hardware, where components must maintain reliable performance under elevated temperatures and challenging operating conditions.
