The LED’s compact footprint (2.2 x 1.4 x 1.3mm) and wide viewing angle of 120º is well-suited for various backlighting, interior automotive, and appliance applications. The special package extends aesthetic benefits offering a broad range of colors such as red, orange, yellow, green, blue, cool white (6000K), neutral white (4000K), and warm white (3000K). The low power consumption, automation-friendly tape and reel device is compatible with standard reflow soldering processes to reduce production costs and meets industrial temperature ratings of -40°C to 100°C.
