Los Angeles, CA - Kingbright unveils its newly engineered Special Bi-Color Package tailored to encompass White and Other Color LED (AAA3528, APTB1612, & APB3025 series), also available in enhanced automotive grade option (AAA3528xxx-AMT, APTB1612xxx-AMT, & APB3025xxx-AMT series). Being one of industry’s foremost, the new LED is designed to illuminate white & other color combinations (white/green, white/red, white/yellow) with different chip options for design engineers to attain desired hues and intensity levels. The package comes in compact sizes (1.6 x 1.25 x 0.65mm, 3.0 x 2.5 x 1.1mm, 3.5 x 2.8 x 1.9mm) and wide viewing angle of 120° which make it exceptional for backlight and indicator applications. The automation-friendly tape and reel device is compatible with standard reflow soldering processes and meets industrial temperature ratings of -40°C up to 100°C.
