Being one of industry’s foremost, the new LED is designed to illuminate white & other color combinations (white/green, white/red, white/yellow) with different chip options for design engineers to attain desired hues and intensity levels. The package comes in compact sizes (1.6 x 1.25 x 0.65mm, 3.0 x 2.5 x 1.1mm, 3.5 x 2.8 x 1.9mm) and wide viewing angle of 120° which make it exceptional for backlight and indicator applications. The automation-friendly tape and reel device is compatible with standard reflow soldering processes and meets industrial temperature ratings of -40°C up to 100°C.
