Los Angeles, CA - Kingbright Corporation announces its newly developed cost-efficient 3.5 x 3.5mm 0.5W SMD LEDs (AA3535 series) in industry-standard PLCC4 package. Despite its compact design with a wide 120° viewing angle, the ultra-bright LED achieves high intensity illumination up to 30 lm @ 150mA, optimizing remarkable advantages for designers of various decorative lighting, backlighting, and consumer applications. Furthermore, the product extends aesthetic benefits with its assorted color selections including blue, green, yellow, red, and white in various color temperature such as cool white (6000K), neutral white (4000K), warm white (3000K). The cutting-edge package encompasses low thermal resistance providing superior heat dissipating capability, also withstands ESD voltage up to 8000V. This low power consumption, IR reflow solderable element is specially designed for automatic pick-and-place mounting process to reduce production costs. The device comprises moisture sensitivity level (MSL) rating of 2a with longer floor time of 4 weeks, enabling designers to have great flexibility during assembly process.
